Daniel Neiditch is an American real estate developer, philanthropist, entrepreneur and the founder and president of River 2 River Realty, which is located in Manhattan, New York City.

Daniel Neiditch's celebrity real estate dealings has featured prominently in the press from 2009-2017 when the Atelier in Manhattan earned press for housing celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Ed Harris, Dane Cook, Brendan Fraser, Jeremy Piven, Jeff Goldblum, Amy Brenneman, Matthew Perry Michael Douglas and again in 2012 when Neiditch brokered a deal to self-manage the Atelier condominium. Since then, he has become known for how he has managed the Atelier as president, as well as his work on other Manhattan real estate projects. In 2013, he was listed as one of the top 10 real estate investors in New York City, as he was involved in over $168 million of real estate transactions in a single year. Around the same time, Neiditch began plans to transform the Atelier's top floor into a single 10,000 square-foot penthouse. The property was listed for $85 million, making it the most expensive condo in New York City at the time.

As the founder of River 2 River Realty, Daniel Neiditch has also been an advocate of green energy. He is considered one of the earliest implementers of solar power in New York City's high rises.

Career

Dan Neiditch became known for his dealings with celebrity clients in 2009 when Lindsay Lohan sold her $1.5 million apartment in his Manhattan building, the Atelier, and again in 2011 when several other high-profile celebrities moved into apartments in Neiditch's condominium complex.

After Dan Neiditch moved to self-manage the Atelier building in Manhattan, he brokered a deal for the top floor. By knocking down all the apartments he would make way for a single $85 Million 10,000 square-foot home. During an interview with the New York Times, Neiditch spoke about his aim to turn his Atelier building into one of the most desirable buildings in New York City, similar to 15 Central Park West and One57.

From 2013 onwards, Daniel Neiditch attracted more celebrities to live and stay for extended periods at 635 West 42nd Street. During the same year, Neiditch renovated the 47th floor rooftop of the Atelier to create the Sky Lounge. A number of celebrities held private parties there, including Lindsay Lohan and Hillary Clinton.

Daniel Neiditch was featured again in 2014, when the Atelier became the first New York City building with a rooftop ice rink. The rink is only available to residents of the Atelier, a move that gave the building further exclusivity. That exclusivity, combined with sophisticated security measures and the $85 million penthouse project, made it a more attractive proposition to celebrities and renters alike. In addition to Dane Cook and Lindsay Lohan, the Atelier also rented apartments to Jerry Stackhouse, Deborah Cox, Mekhi Phifer and Dania Ramirez.

In early 2015, Dan Neiditch was responsible for the listing and sale of Jocelyn Wildenstein's Manhattan property, for a reported $17.5 million. Later that year, the refurbished penthouse apartment at the Atelier went on sale for the estimated price of $85 million. At the time of the listing, it was the most expensive condo to ever be listed in New York City. Following the development of the penthouse and its listing, Neiditch offered a number of extras to the $85 million deal to increase its appeal. This included two of his custom built Rolls-Royce Phantoms, a Hamptons summer rental in his unique 10,000 sqft home, dinner at two-Michelin-starred Daniel once a week for a year, his courtside seats at Brooklyn Nets games for a year and his top of the line $1 million yacht.

Neiditch was the 10th highest performing real estate investors in New York City during 2013. During that calendar year, he was responsible for over $168 million of property purchases in Manhattan alone.
